To support the Accounts Payable (AP) function by handling invoice processing, payment preparation, expense report review, supplier maintenance, and bank reconciliations, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.
Perform bank reconciliations
Review, follow up on, and process employee expense reports
Manage SII (Immediate Supply of Information) compliance
Provide support for finance-related projects
Assist with internal and external audits
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish; fluent in English.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 year/s of experience in Accounts Payable
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
