As General Manager of SLS Residences Infantas Madrid , you will lead the opening and day‑to‑day success of our first standalone SLS residence in Spain. You oversee every stage of the residential experience, from handover and welcome to daily living, community integration and long‑term homeowner satisfaction.
You bring SLS service promise to life through clear procedures, elevated standards, and thoughtful training, and ensure a consistently distinctive and anticipatory homeowner experience.
Own financial performance. With your Director of Finance, you manage budgets, control costs, optimise resources and monitor performance with a sharp commercial mindset, while always protecting service excellence and homeowner satisfaction.
You make sure to align with local regulations and brand expectations, you guarantee the peace of mind for residents.

A proven ability to deliver elevated, intuitive and highly personalized service, with a strong track record of building trusted relationships with high‑net‑worth homeowners and residents.
