Описание Our client is a business holding company with different business lines, currently in a phase of growth and expansion. Its structure includes a business line dedicated to operating and renting spaces for corporate events. It currently has a venue in Cornellà de Llobregat (Barcelona area), the Malalts de Festa nightclub, with capacity for around 900 people and a very convenient location near Fira de Barcelona. On Fridays and Saturdays it operates as a nightclub, so they are looking for someone to use the space from Monday to Thursday for corporate events, celebrations, productions, concerts and more.
Actively acquire new clients, focusing on event agencies, DMCs, production companies, OPCs, and national and international companies.
Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, venue visits, proposals, negotiation, closing, and handover to operations.
Manage the pipeline in the CRM and provide monthly revenue forecasts.




Design packages and rates by event type and season, together with management.
Represent the venue at industry trade fairs, fam trips, Barcelona Convention Bureau workshops, and networking events.
Fill low-occupancy dates (weekdays and low season) with corporate events, meetings, and recurring formats.
At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in the MICE sector in Barcelona: venues, hotels with conference facilities, DMCs, event agencies, or production companies.
An active and verifiable portfolio of contacts at agencies, DMCs, and companies that book events in Barcelona.
Availability to join as an employee or as a freelance collaborator.
Full-time position.
A position with autonomy and direct responsibility for the commercial development of the event spaces business line.
