At ING we are looking for Digital Sales Growth Analyst: The responsibility of this team is to achieve the product’s digital sales objectives, orchestrating all capabilities involved in digital sales funnel acquisition.
You will use data, customer insights and experimentation to identify opportunities that improve conversion and contribute to the achievement of digital sales objectives.
In addition, you will translate analysis, insights and business results into clear recommendations, ensuring alignment and awareness across all digital sales stakeholders
As a Digital Sales Expert you will:
Positively contribute to Digital Sales, understanding end-to-end customer journeys, and identifying improvements in all touch points of our customers.
Support the identification of growth opportunities by analysing customer, campaign and sales performance data, generating insights and optimization recommendations.
Leverage SQL and multiple data sources to analyse customer behaviour, conversion drivers and sales performance, translating findings into actionable improvements.
Ensure the evolution of the digital data model, the correct tracking of the process (data capture), and identify and request new information to be tracked as required for digital sales optimization.
Drive the evolution of digital sales reporting and dashboards to have more relevant information about digital sales performance and to do more in-depth analysis with Adobe Analytics / Customer Journey Analytics
Build the end-to-end view of the digital sales funnel, propose improvements along the entire customer acquisition journey.
Understand the customer journey in the different campaigns and commercial communications.
CRO analysis, hypothesis generation, brainstorming, test plan, set up and insights. Monitoring test results in Adobe Target.
Benchmarking and monitoring of digital journey focus on entry points, digital application processes, and leads to sales actions.

Master or bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience
Strong analytical, digital and strategic thinking skills.
Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques, with the ability to work with multiple data sources to generate insights and support decision-making.
Ability to analyse customer behaviour, digital journeys, conversion funnels and commercial performance through data-driven analysis.
Knowledge of digital analytics and experimentation tools (Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Target).
Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI or similar).
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Very good oral and written English skills.
