ALOHAS is seeking its first full-time CTO to own technology end to end. You will drive vision, architecture, and platforms spanning Shopify, Odoo, data, and AI agents. A hands-on leader, you’ll split time writing code and shaping the team and product direction, in a Barcelona-based hybrid environment. You will work closely with the CEO/COO to keep ALOHAS at the frontier of an AI-native, data-driven operation, balancing speed with scalable, well-governed engineering practice.
