* Demonstrable agency experience (references will be requested)
* Management of multisector B2B / B2C accounts
* Creation of marketing plans and digital strategy
* Experience in paid social campaigns and Google Ads
* Proficiency with tools such as SEMrush, Hootsuite, Metricool, Mailchimp
* Users of project management tools such as Asana or Trello
* Managing 6–8 client accounts simultaneously
* You are organized and work well in a team
* You have a clear customer orientation
* You have demonstrable experience in client growth
