EspaisRoca seeks a dynamic Venue Manager to lead Capítulo, a flagship pre-opening wine bar inside Casa Roca in Palma. You will drive daily operations, staff onboarding, wine storytelling, and guest experiences across morning to late-evening service. You will manage P&L;, supplier relations, and growth of the in-house masterclass program, Tasting Palma, while serving as the on-floor face of the venue.
