About the Role
They're now looking for a talented Software Engineers to join their growing engineering team in Barcelona. You'll play a key role in building, developing and scaling a high-performance AI platform, working across backend infrastructure, frontend applications and real-time intelligent systems. This isn't a position where you'll simply maintain existing software. Design, develop and deploy scalable, production-grade software solutions. Build and optimise backend services, APIs and modern frontend applications. Improve platform performance, reliability, scalability and system architecture. Take ownership of technical projects throughout the entire software development lifecycle. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related discipline,



or equivalent practical experience. 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience, ideally within a fast-paced technology or product environment. ~ Strong experience with Python, ideally FastAPI or similar backend frameworks. ~ Experience working with PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases. ~ Proficiency with React and TypeScript, or equivalent modern frontend technologies. ~ Proven ability to take ownership of projects from initial design through to deployment. ~ Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents or machine learning applications. Previous experience working within a startup or high-growth technology company. Your work will directly influence product development, performance and scalability.
