You will assist them through all aspects of their daily life, ensuring their physical safety, dignity, comfort, and ongoing social inclusion. Daily responsibilities
* Providing integral and dignified care to individuals with cerebral palsy and related disabilities in all areas of daily life.
* Performing safe body mobilizations and physical transfers to ensure comfort, mobility, and posture support.
* Accompanying residents and service users during routine appointments, outings, and structured daytime programs.
* Actively participating in and encouraging engagement during organized leisure, social, and recreational activities.



Required qualifications
* An accredited professional qualification in the healthcare, social care, or community service domain.
* A valid Category B driving license along with your own personal vehicle for dependable commuting to the facility in Marratxí.
* A high degree of empathy, emotional intelligence, patience, and dedication to supporting individuals with complex needs.
* Full availability to work a rotating shift schedule, accommodating morning, afternoon, and night rotas. Terms of engagement
* A temporary employment contract within the private healthcare and social services sector.
* A 35-hour work week structured around rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
* An established annual compensation of 18,770 EUR gross per year, set according to the disability collective agreement (convenio de discapacidad).
