Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook menu items to exacting standards for a designated station.
* Ensure consistency in quality, portion control, and presentation of all dishes served from your station.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Assist in the development of new menu items and specials.
* Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients for your station.
* Collaborate effectively with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
* Follow recipes and instructions accurately.
* Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.




* Assist with training junior kitchen staff as required.
* Uphold the restaurant's commitment to culinary excellence and innovation. Requirements
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-quality restaurant.
* Solid understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
* Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
* Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
* Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
* Team player with good communication skills.
* Culinary school diploma or equivalent professional experience is highly valued.

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
