We are seeking a Financial Controller for the Middle East region to drive financial integrity, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth across the business.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the CFO and to the European HQ, the Financial Controller will provide critical financial insights, ensure robust governance and compliance, and support the ME expansion. Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end financial management across the Middle East Group, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
* Supervise cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and working capital management across the business and group entities.
* Manage and develop the Finance & Accounting team, including bookkeeping, reporting, billing, audit coordination, inventory, and compliance functions.
* Oversee group accounting, consolidation, acquisition and debt accounting, audits, debt interest payments, dividend distribution and overall financial governance.
* Partner with procurement and operations teams to monitor costs,



manage assets, and ensure robust financial controls.
* Ensure statutory compliance, including VAT filings, payroll, audit requirements, risk management, and adherence to internal policies.
* Provide actionable financial insights and reports to support strategic decision-making, cost optimization, and sustainable growth across the Middle East operations. Qualifications
* Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, or equivalent.

Experience:
8-10 years of progressive finance leadership in healthcare, hospitals, or insurance businesses. Required Skills
* Strong expertise in financial control, accounting, budgeting, compliance and revenue management.
