You'll travel regularly across Europe and beyond, working directly with customers, our operations teams, and be part of the kit design team to ensure our solutions fit, function, and deliver value in real manufacturing environments.What you'll do:Lead and support new product introductions at customer sitesAct as the technical bridge between customers, operations, and our kit design teamsSolve real-world manufacturing and implementation challengesUse 3D CAD and technical tools to understand, review, and improve core kit designsDrive practical, cost-effective solutions that work for both the customer and GuritBuild trusted relationships with customers through technical expertise and strong communicationSupport project delivery from concept through implementationWhat we're looking for:Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roleStrong engineering background with excellent practical problem-solving skillsExperience using SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD toolsComfortable working directly with customers and manufacturing teamsWillingness to travel extensively and work hands-on in customer facilitiesAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly and confidentlySelf-driven, agile, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environmentsFluent in Spanish and EnglishWhy join?This role offers a unique opportunity to combineengineering, customer engagement, project leadership, and international travel.
