You will need a comprehensive view of initiatives across different geographies, products, and client segments to help the business meet its goals.What are we looking for?Experience & Background:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Sciences, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred. Fluency in English and Spanish (minimum C1; C2 preferred). At least1 year of experience in strategy and/or business development. Knowledge of CIB is an advantage.Leadership & Mindset:Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a structured and data-driven approach. Collaborative mindset with a focus on high performance and continuous improvement. High level of motivation and ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments. Experience in cross-functional, multidisciplinary environments, with exposure to senior stakeholders across geographies.
