Akens/ ordburg is recruiting a Managing Director Spain (m/f/d) on behalf of a well-established German market leader with a strong international footprint.Location: Madrid, Barcelona or ZaragozaYour Responsibilities Define and execute the business strategy for Spain in close coordination with the German headquartersHold full responsibility for the subsidiary’s financial performance, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellenceLead and develop the local management team, fostering a high-performance and results-oriented cultureTake ownership of commercial strategy and sales performance, driving market expansion and customer acquisitionIdentify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnershipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholdersEnsure full compliance with local regulations and internal corporate standardsOversee all core functions including sales, purchasing, logistics, administration, and financeCollaborate closely with headquarters and other group entities to ensure alignment, transparency,
