About the Role The Head of Bid Management is responsible for managing end-to-end bid processes for strategic, complex, and multi-country opportunities. Reporting to the Sales & Bid Management Director, the role ensures high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposals by coordinating cross-functional teams and developing strong winning strategies. The Head of Bid Management plays a key role in securing major contracts and ensuring disciplined execution of tender processes in various countries within Cellnex Group.
