Consultant for our Corporate Capital Markets team in Madrid.
As part of the Corporate Capital Markets team, you will be mainly involved in acquisitions and disposals - with a special focus on Sale and Leasebacks and developments - of all typologies of Real Estate assets such as Industrial Do you have experience in Alternative assets like Data Centers or Selfstorage?
Are you used to work with business plans, cashflows and other financial analysis tools?
Knowledge of IFRS-16 is a plus.
Do you have an advanced level of English?
Other languages will be a plus.
Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are essential for this position.
Please note that strong analytical skills are required.
