Develop architectural designs for commercial and residential projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and aesthetic goals. Create detailed design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, renderings, and construction documents, utilizing industry-standard software. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to identify opportunities and constraints. Collaborate with clients throughout the design process, presenting concepts and incorporating feedback. Coordinate with engineers, contractors,



and suppliers to ensure seamless project implementation. Oversee construction activities to ensure design integrity and quality standards are maintained. Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices. Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations in Guanajuato. Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets effectively. Requirements

Degree in Architecture from a recognized university. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in designing commercial and residential buildings. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion). Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful residential and commercial design projects. Excellent client management and communication skills. Knowledge of construction materials, building codes, and project management principles. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with the architectural context of León, Guanajuato is advantageous.
