We are looking for a strong

Python Developer

to join our GameServer team.

You will work on a high-load gaming platform that processes gaming traffic and handles numerous API integrations with external operators.

Your focus will be on developing and maintaining scalable backend services, improving system performance and reliability, and contributing to technical and architectural improvements.

We're looking for a proactive engineer who takes ownership of their work, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and is eager to contribute ideas that make our product better.

Requirements 4+ years of commercial experience with Python; Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures; Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar); Experience designing scalable backend systems; Good written English (for documentation and communication); Languages: English (B2), Ukrainian (Proficient)

Would be plus Experience with non-relational databases (Cassandra, Redis/KeyDB, etc.); Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes; Experience working with high-load or distributed systems; Production experience with monitoring, error tracking and observability tools; Experience designing and developing integrations with third‑party services and APIs; Experience using AI tools to support software development workflows

Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-load backend services; Improve system performance,



scalability and reliability; Design fault‑tolerant systems; Take part in architectural decisions and technical discussions; Optimize and evolve existing systems and tools; Participate in code reviews and engineering best practices; Collaborate closely with the team to define priorities and solutions; Write clear technical documentation
