KittySpout is hiring a CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our Shopify-based brands. The role requires hands-on testing of funnels, on-site offers, and post-purchase upsells, with a data-driven approach to lift CVR, AOV, and revenue per visitor. This is a fully remote, full-time position with a fast-paced, results-driven culture. You will manage test backlogs, brief and QA tests, and ship winners, collaborating closely with the founder and growth team.
