Must be able to work Hybrid in Barcelona (no remote-only applicants) Professional-level English for daily stakeholder calls, documentation, and vendor negotiations At least 5 years managing projects with 10+ team members or multi-region rollouts (global e-commerce launches, ERP integrations, or marketplace builds) End-to-end ownership of software or e-commerce projects, requirements gathering, sprint planning, release management, and post-launch optimization Hands-on Jira setup (workflows, dashboards, automations) and proven use of Scrum/Kanban to hit tight deadlines Direct P&L; responsibility for budgets up to €500k, forecasting, burn-rate tracking, change-order approvals, and executive reporting Familiar with UX, digital accessibility environments WHAT WILL YOU DO?
