Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, development, and execution of sustainable development projects in areas such as conservation, renewable energy, and waste management.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and timely completion.

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including community members, government officials, NGOs, and private sector partners.

Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed sustainable development projects.





Monitor project progress and evaluate outcomes against established sustainability objectives.

Develop and deliver clear, concise reports on project status, challenges, and achievements.

Promote community participation and capacity building in sustainable practices.

Stay current with advancements in sustainable development technologies and best practices.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a specialization in sustainable development, environmental science, or related fields.

Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Strong knowledge of environmental principles, sustainable practices, and relevant policies.

Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.

Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and MS Office Suite.

Experience working in León, Guanajuato or with similar regional challenges is highly desirable.

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and community groups.

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
