Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to understand and explain complex financial products. Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
