Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients regarding complex telecommunications inquiries and service activations

Provide technical troubleshooting support for mobile, internet, and fiber-optic connectivity issues

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving billing, account management, and network service requests efficiently

Stay updated on the latest telecommunications hardware and software products to provide accurate product consultations

Document all interactions within the CRM system to ensure seamless communication and account history tracking

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate and resolve complex technical faults within the telecommunications infrastructure

Achieve individual and team-based KPIs, including response time, resolution rate, and service quality metrics

Requirements

Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written)





Valid EU passport (mandatory)

Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team

Strong passion for technology and the telecommunications industry with a desire to learn complex systems
