About the Role Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Técnico de Instalación y Mantenimiento de Maquinaria to join their manufacturing operations in León, Guanajuato . This role is crucial for ensuring the proper installation, functioning, and upkeep of all production machinery. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, a solid understanding of various types of industrial equipment, and a proven ability to perform both routine maintenance and complex repairs. Key Responsibilities

Install new machinery and equipment according to specifications and safety standards.

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all types of production machinery.

Diagnose and repair mechanical failures in equipment, including motors, pumps, conveyors, and other systems.

Dismantle, clean, lubricate, adjust, and reassemble machinery as needed.

Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency repair requests to minimize production loss.

Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to guide maintenance and repair activities.

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed, parts used,



and time spent on tasks.

Collaborate with production staff to schedule maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption.

Identify opportunities for improving machinery performance and reliability.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Machinery Installation and Maintenance Technician.

Strong mechanical knowledge of industrial equipment, including hydraulics and pneumatics.

Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and technical documentation.

Proficiency with hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.

Experience with welding and basic fabrication is a plus.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work on-site in León, Guanajuato , and potentially versátil hours.
