The Role As part of the Dutch-speaking customer support team, you’ll support customers with existing services and products. You’ll be responsible for handling inquiries efficiently, professionally, and with a strong focus on solution-oriented support. You will manage questions related to orders, products, deliveries, and general customer inquiries. The focus is on clear communication, problem-solving, and delivering consistent service quality.



Responsibilities Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat Handle inquiries related to orders, products, returns, and deliveries Provide clear, accurate, and professional support Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases Maintain accurate records in internal systems Profile Clear and professional communication skills Calm, structured, and solution-focused Organized and detail-oriented Team-oriented with a responsible work attitude Customer support experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
