Independently manage your own portfolio of investigational sites Conduct qualification, initiation, routine monitoring and close-out visits in line with ICH-GCP Carry out SDV and protocol compliance checks, and **escalate** deviations and risks Act as the main point of contact for investigators and site staff Work closely with CTMs, CPMs and cross-functional study teams What we’re looking for





Proven experience as a CRA in a pharma, biotech or CRO setting A track record of independent on-site monitoring across the full study lifecycle Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP Comfort juggling multiple sites and competing priorities Based in Spain or Germany, with fluent local language skills Flexibility to travel regularly to sites Nice to have
