Sobre el puesto Strategy & Execution: Participate in the definition and execution of strategic projects, ensuring they align with BBVA Group and RCP goals. Transformation: Drive major transformation initiatives across various products and geographies for greater scale. Leadership Support: Facilitate key decision-making for CIB leadership and support top management with strategic presentations and market analysis. Integral Coordination: Promote and coordinate the execution of CIB's overall strategy.



You will need a comprehensive view of initiatives across different geographies, products, and client segments to help the business meet its goals. What are we looking for? Experience & Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Sciences, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred. Fluency in English and Spanish (minimum C1; C2 preferred). At least 1 year of experience in strategy and/or business development. Knowledge of CIB is an advantage. Leadership & Mindset: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a structured and data-driven approach. Collaborative mindset with a focus on high performance and continuous improvement. High level of motivation and ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments. Experience in cross-functional, multidisciplinary environments, with exposure to senior stakeholders across geographies. Strong ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and tight deadlines while maintaining strategic focus.
