An international company in the Energy sector is seeking a Manager to lead the Business Development of Utility-Scale projects in Spain. Responsibilities: Lead the development strategy and execution of utility-scale infrastructure projects from early-stage assessment through to RTB. Manage project schedules, permitting activities, stakeholder engagement, and critical development milestones. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment across technical, legal, regulatory, and commercial workstreams. Oversee relationships with public administrations, consultants, landowners, and external partners involved in project development. Monitor project risks and opportunities, proposing mitigation measures and strategic solutions to support successful project delivery. Support negotiations of key agreements and facilitate coordination with internal and external legal advisors. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and development obligations throughout the project lifecycle. Candidate Profile:



Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex permitting and project development processes. Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive projects in dynamic environments. Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities. Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Availability to travel when required.
