Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models.Conduct research into new ML algorithms and techniques.Implement and optimize ML pipelines for data ingestion, training, and inference.Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends and patterns.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and implement ML solutions.Evaluate and validate model performance,



ensuring accuracy and reliability.Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.Develop and maintain technical documentation for ML models and systems.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ML model performance and deployment.Mentor junior team members and share knowledge within the R&D; group.Requirements

Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering or research.Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).Solid understanding of various ML algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented R&D; environment.Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision is a plus.Benefits
