At K-LAGAN, we are looking for a SILVA Integral Product Owner to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will lead the adoption and optimization of the global ITSM platform (based on ServiceNow) and drive CMDB governance across international entities. You will act as the key bridge between business needs, IT, and security teams, while managing a team of regional leads to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

ITSM & ServiceNow Leadership:

Drive the adoption of the global ITSM platform and underlying ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Request, Asset/CMDB).

CMDB Governance & Data Management:

Ensure full consistency and data quality across the IT Asset repository (Infrastructure, Network, Workplace). Establish governance, lead follow-up committees, and manage CMDB Data Stewards.

Service Configuration & Application Management:

Oversee business services, routing rules, and service catalog configurations. Translate business requirements into functional and technical assessments across dev/test cycles.

Team Leadership & Direction:

Set targets, implement guidelines, and mentor regional leads and process owners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Process Improvement & Strategy:

Continuously evaluate and optimize IT processes to elevate overall service delivery standardizations.

Reporting & Deliverables:

Define and track KPIs/dashboards, create monthly governance committee materials, and maintain comprehensive knowledge documentation.

What You Need to Succeed in This Role:Core Technical & Professional Experience:

Solid experience in IT environments managing

CMDB, ITIL processes, and enterprise applications .

Hands-on expertise in

ServiceNow administration , services configuration, and data management.

Proven track record in IT process improvement, requirement gathering, and application lifecycle management.

Background as a Process Manager, Application Manager, or Service Delivery Specialist across IT & Security functions.

Language:





Professional fluency in

"C1 level required"

for daily international stakeholder management.

Practical knowledge of

Agile methodologies & frameworks

(Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Familiarity with process design and Systems Architecture principles.

Business acumen in insurance, assistance, or financial environments.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to articulate messages to both operational teams and executive leadership.

Strong leadership, influence, and stakeholder management skills in dynamic, matrixed international environments.

Resilient, adaptable, and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Location:

Barcelona (Hybrid: max 2 days/week on-site, to be reviewed / candidate must be based in Barcelona).

Workday:

Full-time.

Salary Range:

Around

€45,000 gross/year

(commensurate with experience).
