I'm working with a VC-backed, rapidly scaling AI-native fintech start-up that is rebuilding the financial system of record for modern businesses. Backed by top-tier US investors, they've grown quickly in a short space of time, serving customers from high-growth companies through to publicly traded enterprises. You'll be building and shipping end to end: designing backend systems and APIs that run real-time, business-critical accounting logic, owning everything from architecture and CI/CD through to testing and monitoring. The team deploys daily, moves fast and never waits for permission. We're Looking For 5+ years' backend engineering experience (language agnostic) Deep experience with complex business logic products Strong database skills: Postgre SQL, SQL, ORMs,
