Paradox is seeking a hands-on Head of Growth to architect and pilot a revenue engine that turns data into measurable growth. You will directly ideate, copy, design strategy, and launch experiments, building a brand-led, repeatable growth machine.

You will lead from the front, testing hypotheses, launching new channels, and driving CRO, A/B tests, and growth loops across funnels, pricing, and messaging to deliver higher conversion and revenue.
