Cranberry Panda, a general DTC brand, is hiring a Director of Performance Marketing to rebuild and optimise the acquisition engine and return to sustainable growth. Reporting to the founder, you will own customer acquisition and performance marketing worldwide.

You will manage a multi-million-dollar paid media budget, lead a 15–20 person team, and shape media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Amazon, and new channels.
