A private retail company represented through PalmaActiva (Empresa PalmaActiva 9169) is seeking a motivated Marketing and Communication Specialist to strengthen its commercial activities. In this role, you will actively contribute to digital channels while keeping the core e-commerce shop running efficiently. Working locally in Palma, you will oversee essential digital touchpoints, bridging the gap between product presentation, customer outreach, and daily store operations.

As part of your everyday responsibilities, you will ensure that the online shop stays modern, attractive, and fully operational. Your duties will cover both digital communication and operational retail tasks:

- Managing the online shop and maintaining product data.
- Uploading new items to the digital catalog with accurate details.
- Preparing and processing incoming customer orders efficiently.
- Modifying and updating the store homepage to reflect current campaigns and focus items.
- Preparing and dispatching newsletters to keep subscribers engaged and informed.
- Managing social media accounts and publishing relevant brand content.

You should feel comfortable handling both marketing workflows and practical order preparation. The following background is considered beneficial:

- Academic or vocational training in Marketing, Business Administration (ADE), or a related discipline is highly valued.
- Experience or solid knowledge in managing an e-commerce platform and updating online product listings.
- Familiarity with content scheduling, social media management, and newsletter delivery.
- Organizational skills to manage physical order preparation alongside screen-based marketing tasks.
- Willingness and availability to adapt to rotating shift schedules, including weekend shifts.

You can expect a stable work environment in Palma with a permanent employment contract (contrato fijo) in the private commercial sector. Compensation is set according to the collective bargaining agreement for commerce (convenio colectivo de comercio) and will correspond to the professional category contracted. The position requires dedication across rotating shifts:

- Shift 1: Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 to 18:00.
- Shift 2: Monday to Friday, from 11:00 to 18:00.
- Shift 3: Monday to Friday, from 14:30 to 21:00, and Saturday from 10:00 to 17:30.
