Your role

We want to continue growing and for this reason we need to incorporate a TAX MANAGER, who wants to be part of a dynamic and cross-functional environment, ensuring the fiscal security and efficiency of the organization.The main goal of this position is to define, lead, and execute the group’s tax and risk management strategy, ensuring not only regulatory compliance but also tax optimization, risk anticipation, and the creation of economic value for the company.

The role serves as a strategic point of reference for tax and risk matters, contributing expert judgment, business insight, and the ability to exert influence across the organization within a highly complex industrial environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:





- Tax strategy and optimization.
- Strategic risk management.
- Grants and public funding.
- Institutional relations and management of inspections.
- External coordination.

In your day-to-day activities you will:

- Tax Strategy and Optimization:
- o Define the group’s tax strategy, identifying opportunities for optimization and tax efficiency.
- o Proactively analyze regulations to identify tax benefits applicable to the business.
- o Provide expert judgment for decision-making processes with tax implications.

- Strategic Risk Management:

- o Design and maintain the corporate risk map, with a focus on tax and regulatory risks.
- o Identify, assess, and anticipate risks, while proposing mitigation measures.
- o Promote a risk management culture throughout the organization.

- Grants and Public Funding:

- o Lead the group’s strategy regarding grants and public funding.
- o Proactively identify opportunities aligned with the company’s industrial and strategic activities.
- o Coordinate the preparation and submission of project applications, ensuring economic optimization and tax compliance.
- o Manage relationships with the relevant authorities and bodies.
- o Develop and maintain a map of key stakeholders (government bodies, agencies, partners).

- Institutional Relations and Audit/Inspection Management:

- o Act as the primary point of contact with the Tax Authorities.
- o Lead and coordinate inspections, tax audits, and information requests.
- o Ensure a rigorous, proactive approach that is aligned with the group’s strategy.

- External Coordination:

- o Coordinate with external advisors, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy on matters falling within the scope of this role.
- o Participate in corporate transactions, providing a tax and risk perspective.
