Regeneron seeks a Senior Manager to lead country-cluster clinical trial operations across EMEA, overseeing field-based liaison teams and managing investigator relationships. Responsibilities

- Lead performance management, development planning, and quality delivery of Clinical Trial Liaison teams
- Oversee vendor staff performance against service-level agreements and escalate concerns
- Implement standardized feasibility, site selection, and investigator issue-resolution processes
- Build investigator relationships through remote and on-site co-visits, audits, and inspections
- Report monthly metrics, methodologies,



and escalations while maintaining 15% direct liaison workload

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree plus eight years of clinical operations experience in industry or CRO
- Two to three years of direct people-management experience
- Master's degree preferred
- Extensive knowledge of general trial operations and clinical development
- Familiarity with ICH-GCP and regional/local regulatory requirements
- Strong scientific communication and investigator relationship skills
- Fluent business English; additional languages beneficial

Compensation: €68,700–€114,500 annually
