We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer. The role covers the design, automation and operation of the infrastructure, pipelines, monitoring and platform services of the OSPO ecosystem, with a strong focus on GitHub. The team works in Agile. Goals and deliverables Main Responsibilities - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions workflows and automation - Manage GitHub Apps, integrations, webhooks and repository automation across multiple GitHub organizations - Operate and evolve observability and monitoring platforms - Build dashboards, KPIs and adoption metrics pipelines using OpenSearch and GrimoireLab - Implement Infrastructure as Code, GitOps practices and self-service capabilities - Handle incident management, troubleshooting and capacity planning Mandatory

Experience:




- 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE or Cloud Operations - Expert level on GitHub: Actions, Apps, repository management and automation workflows - Cloud (Azure, AWS or GCP), Terraform or equivalent, Kubernetes and OpenShift - Observability: metrics, logging, alerting and dashboards with OpenSearch, Grafana, Prometheus or similar - Open Source and InnerSource practices in international, cross-functional environments; autonomous and proactive Preferred

Experience:
- GrimoireLab or equivalent community metrics platform - AI assisted operational capabilities
