Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the offer services, in order to ensure annual objectives (P&L;).
- Create and implement the customer relation strategy to increase the Business
- Work closely with the Local Managers and dedicated teams to ensure cross-functional coherence and quality of deliverables.
- Develop connections between STC team leaders
- Manage quality and regulatory compliance,
- Insure cost and schedule control,
- Manage harmonization of tooling standards across international sites, International Leadership
- Coordinate multicultural and multi-site teams.
- Manage international suppliers and tooling partners.
- Develop technical competencies and team capabilities worldwide. Operational Excellence




- Improve manufacturing productivity and tooling efficiency.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

* Education
- Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.
- MBA or international management qualification is a plus. Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry. Strong Background In
- Industrial tooling,
- General team leadership.
- Fully available to travel
