Position:Private Equity Associate – Consumer & Leisure (France/Europe)Type:ContractCompensation:$100–$120/hourLocation:RemoteCommitment:* hours/weekRole ResponsibilitiesBuild a working financial model of an assignedconsumer / leisuretransaction from a synthetic deal document pack.
Deliver an editableExcelworkbook with live formulas, source references, and stated assumptions.
Peer-review two anonymized models from other contractors against a fixed set of criteria.
Provide a short written rationale for each and a completed review scorecard.
Workindependently and asynchronouslyto meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy and quality in model outputs.




QualificationsMust-Have2–4 years total

experience:
~2 years investment banking (Consumer / Retail or generalist M&A; — ideally Paris, London, or elsewhere in Europe) followed by 1–2 years in mid-market or large-cap private equity.
Currently or recently anAssociate at a mid-market or large-cap PE fund with a consumer / leisure / multi-site services focus(fitness clubs, owned vs. franchise, multi-site roll-ups); a Paris office or French deal experience is preferred.
Able to build a financial model from source documents, without a template.
