We are looking for a GERMAN SPEAKING Recruitment Consultant WORKING REMOTELY, with the following

responsibilities:
ResponsibilitiesHandle all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, source analysis, CV screening, candidate's interviews, check referencesFollow up and coordinate with Internal ClientsBuild network to develop a pool of qualified passive candidates in advance of needExecute pre-screening, phone/face-to-face and Skype interviewsSource and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etcPost positions to appropriate sources,



research and recommend new sources for candidate recruitingAdminister recruiting database and record keepingProduce and analyse recruiting reports and market mappingAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationshipsBe an ambassador of Luxe TalentQualificationsNative or equivalent GERMAN SPEAKERProven work experience as a Recruiter (minimum 1 years)Proven experience with active sourcing in the DACH MarketExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and accuracyMust be flexible and able to cope with changes and a fast-paced environmentStrong organisational and time management skillsAutonomous, independent, responsible.
Fluent in English, Spanish will be considered a strong plus.
