Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation and governance of global TA & Onboarding processes, policies and standardsOwn the roadmap of improvement projects, from business case to adoption and impact measurementDefine functional requirements and lead the configuration and evolution of TA & Onboarding in Cornerstone (design, testing, release decisions), working with the system administrator and the operational team on executionAct as the reference for local P&C; leads on global standards, balancing consistency with local legal and cultural requirementsDefine and track the TA & Onboarding Analytical framework (Dashboard/KPIs) and report to P&C; leadershipDrive adoption of new processes through communication,



training and feedback loops with hiring managers and P&C; teamsSupport employer branding and onboarding experience initiatives in coordination with the P&C; teamsAdvise hiring managers on sourcing strategy, assessment and market positioningEducation & CertificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (required)Professional recruitment certification (LinkedIn Recruiter, SHRM-CP, CIPD Level 5) preferredExperience & Technical Skills3-6 years full-cycle recruitment experienceproven experience designing or improving TA and/or Onboarding processes in a multinational or multi-country environmentHands-on experience with ATS/HCM platforms (Cornerstone or equivalent)Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects (scope, planning, stakeholders, adoption)Advanced data analysis, with KPI design and reportingInitiative and follow-throughProblem-solvingAnalytical ThinkingPara presentar una candidatura, simplemente lea la siguiente
