- month + bonuses + Monthly productivity bonuses based on target achievement, with amounts varying by project (up to €240)+full relocation package (4 week hotel accommodation, real estate agency fee, flight ticket,airport pick up)Your RoleAs a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional customer support, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.
Your ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chatAssist customers with general inquiries, product and service information, orders, and account-related requestsHandle customer concerns and complaints professionally,
