You will validate, optimize and support ramp-up, with hands-on responsibility across laser welding, insertion and assembly lines.The role requires strong experience in process qualification, DOE/CPK, and cross?functional collaboration with Production, Quality and R&D.;
Excellent English and a practical, hands-on approach are essential.
