Experteer Overview In this role you will lead complex customer engagements focused on Mainframe and Control-M modernization and SaaS migrations.
You will act as the primary delivery leader, coordinating cross-functional teams and executive sponsors to ensure value realization for customers.
You'll manage plans, budgets, risks, and governance while driving delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Mainframe and Control-M modernization and SaaS migrations projects
- Serve as the primary customer-facing project leader with governance across executive, business, and technical stakeholders
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource needs, and governance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Professional Services, Sales, Customer Success Management, Support, Product Management, Engineering, and customer organizations
- Drive governance through status reporting, steering committees, risk reviews, executive briefings, and workshops
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes while aligning with business objectives
- Manage customer expectations on scope, deliverables, timelines, risks, and outcomes
- Coordinate deployment readiness, testing, knowledge transfer, and transition-to-support activities

- Promote delivery excellence and adoption of Professional Services best practices

- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication with strong customer-facing and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills; French is a strong plus
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with senior IT and business executives
- Lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders across multiple functions
- Facilitate executive governance meetings, steering committees, workshops, and strategic planning sessions
- Learn and utilize BMC delivery tools and methodologies
- Work in integral, geographically distributed, multicultural teamsResponsabilidades
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
- 8+ years of project or program management experience delivering enterprise software, infrastructure, automation, or modernization projects
- Experience leading Mainframe modernization or Control-M SaaS migration programs
- Experience delivering Professional Services in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, or Public Sector
- Knowledge of BMC's Mainframe and Digital Business Automation portfolios (preferred)
- BS degree in a technical or business field or equivalent professional experience
- Experience managing projects involving application migration, workload automation transformation, infrastructure modernization, or operational automation programs
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Experience working with senior IT and business executives in large, complex enterprise accounts
