What you will do in this role

As a Team Leader on our team, you will:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer support representatives
Conduct regular performance reviews and develop improvement plans
Ensure high standards of customer service and support
Cooperate with PM to fulfill Client's business account plan
Monitor team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)
Deliver the performance review to team members
Identify training needs and opportunities for team growth and organize training sessions
Prepare reports on team performance, mission-critical incidents, and customer feedback

Are proficient or bilingual in Danish and Chinise and are fluent in English
More than 3 years of customer service team management experience in automotive industry




Business knowledge and commercial awareness
Have strong IT knowledge and high customer care knowledge
Have strong communication skills and negotiation
Have leadership and coaching skills
Can implement and manage change
