You will organize functions, manage inventories, and coordinate with the Executive Chef to deliver STAR Service standards across all outlets.You will lead a diverse crew, maintain safety and hygiene, and drive performance through training, scheduling and KPI achievement.
Experience on board ships is essential, and English fluency is required.
