AtOXIGENT TECHNOLOGIES, we are looking for aRegional Service Representative for UPSthat is responsible to provideprofessional on-site services for UPSrange of products produced by the company for itscustomers and their projects (mainly Data Center).
This includescommissioning, technical on-site analysis & suport, supervisionduring installation and resolvingcustomer's issues .
The role is primary focusing oncomplex & critical projectsin a field ofSecure Power installations(UPS, Battery cabinets, Transfer Switches).
What are you core activities?
PerformStartup & Commissioningon all equipment across the entiresecure power (UPS) product rangeEvaluateunit's installation (e.G. the quality of connections, assembly,



readiness for start-up )Evaluate s ystem's installation & operationalconditionsAbility toperform onsite adjustment s to bring the units to the best running conditionsSupport customersin the installation, modification and repair of UPS product rangeBe able to identify if the failure is related to a quality issue/software issue / operation condition issue(Root cause Analysis)Requirements:4years with commissioning or field servicerepair with secure power.Confirmed experience withSecure Power insulations (UPS, Battery cabinets, Transfer Switches)Experience withinstallation and commission in Data Centerisreal advantageGood Software tools literacy:AutoCAD, MS Office, Acrobat.Fluent communication in Englishlanguage (B2+ level min).
Willingness totravel internationally for 70% of the working time.What do we offer you?
