We are currently recruiting for a French speaking Customer Service Sales Representative to join our clients office in Barcelona
DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contact potential clients using various channels (phone, email) Manage inbound calls and ensure quarterly quota is reached Respond to inbound emails in timely and accurate manner Place outbound calls when required Quote creation and follow up Use upselling/cross-selling technics to maximise revenue Stay up to date with active promotions and campaigns to maximise their success Ensure personal knowledge of the portfolio is maintained Answer and deal with customer post sales requests Cover order cancellations, claims management, order and delivery follow up, refund requests and escalations using multiple tools, such as CRM
