As a Fashion Support Consultant on our team, you will:Take incoming customer and from boutiques and shops calls and solve users' demandsLog call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLAMaintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customersEnsure contractual SLA is maintainedConcentrix is a great match if you:Have a proficient or bilingual level of Polish, and advanced level of EnglishHave minimum of 1-year relevant experience in fashion retail or retailHave knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc)Are Customer Driven, motivated to work in sales,
