Support Sales representatives and customers, ensuring smooth and accurate processes: order management, invoicing and follow-up in SAP, acting as the key link between customers and internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.Key responsibilitiesOrder processing: create and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.Sales & customer support: provide information,



resolve issues and support customers after the sale.Internal coordination with teams such as Sales, Logistics, Installation, Public Tenders, Credit & Collection, etc.Manage the customer journey: from the initial request to final delivery, following company procedures and policies.Continuous improvement: suggest ideas to optimize processes and ways of working.Administrative tasks: handle documentation and regular administrative duties in line with established procedures.ConditionsHybrid model: on-site Tuesday to Thursday / remote Monday and FridayWorking hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pmSalary: €29,000 gross/yearContract type: temporary contract via Gi Group (ETT) for AgilentExpected start date: 01/07/2026Estimated duration: 4 monthsNice to havePrevious experience in Customer Service / Back Office / Sales Administration.
